Squirrels in Action

Back in Malaysia, cats and dogs are constantly seen prowling the streets. Over here, you get your garden variety of squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits!


This is not your Subang Jaya sort of hybrid squirrel with measly brush of a tail

They're so abundant over here, it's a wonder why no critter control has been enacted. A stray dog in good ol' Malaysia would have been caught by the city council, subjected to the dog pound (if it's lucky), or be put to sleep (if it's not so lucky).

Then again, I'm sure your heart would melt when you catch a glimpse of one of these cute creatures. I had the good fortune of having a chipmunk sighting a few months back.
